Edit text for dummy app

Thanks for the new app, @yozlet. I took a look at it and have two quick text edits to request just to give that page more context in case anyone who isn't on the team comes across it.

• Change name of "Dummy app" to "Sample app"
• Add a line of text above the MyUSA login button that says:

Thanks for your interest in MyUSA.

None of the information you enter will be saved after your session ends.

We say that none of their information will be saved, but if they enter their Last Name we'll save it in their profile on Alpha, won't we?

My understanding of that line is that any information users of the sample app give over, including email, would be deleted right after they're signed in. Correct?
